Heat oil in a wok and add garlic, green chilies and sauté for 1 minute.
Add red chili and oyster sauce and sauté for half a minute.
Add chicken stock and cook for 2 minutes.
Add white pepper, capsicum, spring onion leaves and cucumber.
Stir all the ingredients well to combine and season to taste.
Now add golden fried K&N's Haray Bharay Nuggets and cook until semi dry.
