Thaw K&N's Kofta as per instructions on pack and set aside.
Heat oil; add bay leaf, cloves, black peppercorn, cinnamon, ginger garlic paste, fried onion, fennel seeds, whole spice mix, red chilli powder, salt and yoghurt and mix.
Add water and rice along with prepared chicken stock.
Add thawed Kofta, and cover to cook on low flame for 15 minutes or until fully done.
Garnish and serve hot with condiments of your choice.
