Deep fry K&N's Kofta as per instructions on pack, and set aside.
In a separate skillet, heat oil and sauté onion and ginger for 2 minutes.
Add cumin seeds, turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder, green chilli and stir to mix.
Mix in coriander leaves and tomato paste, and sauté for a minute.
Add fried Kofta and cook for 2 more minutes, stirring continuously.
Add chicken stock and mix all ingredients.
Leave to cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Then add salt and cook for 1 minute while stirring.
Add boiled green peas, Garam Masala and let simmer to a boil.
Serve hot, with flatbread.
