Thaw K&N's TenderBrest fillet as per instructions on pack.
Heat oil in a pan on medium flame, and lay thawed TenderBrest fillets.
Flip occasionally, until fully cooked.
Set the fillets on a platter and pour caper steak sauce on top. Garnish with vegetables and serve.
Caper Steak Sauce
Melt butter in a pan and mix in flour.
Add onions, green chillies and sauté for about a minute.
Add chicken stock and mix to combine.
Pour in cream and stir continuously for a minute to combine.
Mix in milk and add white pepper, salt and caper.
Stir constantly and cook until thick.
