Heat a wok, add water and bring to boil.
Add all the vegetables and spices other than spring onion and cook for 3 minutes. Bring to a boil.
Mix corn flour with 1 cup of water in a separate bowl.
Add corn flour mixture to the boiling soup while stirring continuously. Simmer till the soup thickens.
Keep stirring while gradually adding whisked eggs to the soup.
Fry K&N's Tender Pops as per instructions on pack.
Spoon out soup in serving bowl. Add fried Tender Pops and spring onion leaves.
Season with red chilli sauce, soy sauce, sugar, white vinegar and salt.
Serve hot.
