In small bowl, mix brown sugar, paprika powder, cumin, BBQ sauce and chilli powder.
Rub both sides of K&N’s TenderBrest with seasoning mixture.
Place K&N’s TenderBrest on grill pan over medium heat.
Cover grill pan and cook both sides for 8 to 10 minutes or until tender.
Serve chicken with barbecue sauce, sautéed veggies of your choice and garlic rice.
In a saucepan mix ketchup, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, black pepper, red chilli flakes, onion powder, mustard, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, water and BBQ sauce.
Bring mixture to a boil and reduce heat to simmer.
Cook uncovered, stirring frequently, for 1 hour at least or until the sauce thickens.
