For Dough:
In a bowl add flour, salt, oil, and mix. Gradually add water and start kneading dough.
Knead for about 9 to 10 minutes. Make sure dough is of medium consistency.
Grease with oil, cover, and let it rest for about 30 minutes.
Prepare K&N's Tikka Toppingz ’n Fillingz as per instructions on pack. Set aside.
In a bowl add tomatoes, green onion, green chillies, egg, prepared K&N's Tikka Toppingz ’n Fillingz and mix well.
Take a small portion of dough, grease rolling mat with oil and roll out dough into a very thin paper-like sheet.
Grease it with oil and add prepared filling in the center of rectangular-like shape. Fold it in from all sides.
Prick with a fork or toothpick for steam to pass out.
Grease pan with oil and place Mutabbaq on the pan carefully from the folded side.
Cook each side for about 3 to 4 minutes on medium flame. Take it off the pan.
Your delicious Tikka Mutabbaq is ready to serve.
